Why We Do This Work
Back in 2019, I was working long hours in corporate and barely managing to eat properly. Breakfast was usually whatever I could grab, lunch was takeaway, and dinner... well, that depended on how exhausted I felt. Sound familiar?
That's when I started meal prepping on Sundays. Not because I loved cooking — I actually found it tedious at first — but because I was tired of feeling sluggish and spending too much on mediocre food. Within a few months, I noticed real changes. Better energy, clearer thinking, and honestly, just feeling more in control.
Friends started asking if I could prep for them too. And it grew from there. Now we work with busy professionals, parents juggling work and kids, and anyone who wants to eat better but doesn't have hours to spend in the kitchen each week.
